ADEI Graduation Draws Record Crowd and Highlights the Value of Apprenticeship
The Automobile Dealer Education Institute (ADEI) celebrated another successful year of workforce development on August 26 at Montgomery College's Gudelsky Institute for Technical Education, with the program's largest graduation ceremony to date. As a founder of the Automotive Consumer Action Program, WANADA continues to provide resources that foster trust and resolve conflicts between dealers and consumers.
Code of Standards
Recognizing the responsibility to uphold the public trust, WANADA sets forth the following principles to guide its members:
- Conduct all business with honesty, fairness, and integrity toward customers.
- Avoid any form of misleading or deceptive advertising.
- Maintain adequate facilities, trained personnel, and parts inventory to properly service the vehicles they sell.
- Actively support initiatives that promote highway and traffic safety.
- Contribute to community improvement through meaningful projects and partnerships.
